Watch Kate Garraway as she battled through last year's series of Strictly Come Dancing
After missing the first Strictly Come Dancing show due to injury, GMTV's Kate Garraway returned with a bang on Saturday and, after harsh words from the judges, she was saved by the viewers and intends to keep on dancing!
On Sunday we found out that Stephanie Beecham and Letitia Dean were put into the final two and Stephanie was given the boot by the judges.
Kate missed out on the first week of the show due to tendonitis, which is caused by suddenly embarking on a strenuous exercise regime and leaves tendons swolen and inflamed. She was sadly left hobbling with her feet in bandages.
Poor Kate has been numbing her feet with regular ice packs to relieve the pain combined with physiotherapy at half-hour intervals.
She expected to get voted off when the female competitors - including Kelly Brook, Gabby Logan and Penny Lancaster - took to the floor for the first time on Saturday but was saved by the public vote.
While her rivals on the BBC show have been practising for four hours a day, Kate has had to break off for physio sessions three times a day to alleviate her pain. Kate does about half an hour of dancing at a time and then has to stop.
Kate admitted she had low fitness levels before training and had no dancing experience but that hasn't stopped her giving it her best shot!
