Sleepy Time Bath Oil
Essential oils - roman chamomile, marjoram, juniper and melissa.
Carrier oil - almond oil.
Add drops of the essential oil to the carrier oil and store in a screw top bottle.
When feeling over tired, stressed or anxious, make up this blend and use as a massage oil or in the bath.
Uplifting Bath Oil
Simply add a few drops of lavender essential oil to a to warm bath or a on pillow to feel almost instantly in better spirits.
Lavender is one of the main herbs to uplift the spirits and help to calm any depression or anxiety. The sense of smell is the only one of our senses that has a direct effect on the brain, and therefore directly influences the mood.
