Three different treatments to help you get into your party gear

If you haven't been dieting or going to the gym in time to get into your party dress then don't panic, because three LK viewers have been testing the best 'quick fix' slimming beauty treatments around.

Under the beady eye of our beauty expert Suzanne Duckett, our first volunteer Laura Billinghurst - tested Deborah Mitchell at Heaven Slimming Lymph Massage.

This treatment has been specifically designed to enable clients to lose weight as well as fluid. A 'hands-on' treatment, which is vigorous, but is supposed to be relaxing as if you were not relaxed the body would not release toxic fluid.

Sarah, 22, wrote to us saying that she hasn't managed to lose her baby weight from two years ago. She has one son. She's a size 14.
