John Barrowman's new album 'Another Side' will see him touring the country next year - find out where here
Actor, musical performer, dancer, singer, time traveller and quiz show host John Barrowman joins Lorraine for a chat and to perform a track from his album 'Another Side'.
'Another Side - The Tour' will be John's first solo concert run. He will be performing songs from his new album which is full of classic songs.
They are songs that John has wanted to record for many years, all of them having had a personal meaning or connection in his life and career.
Across a number of musical genres, but predominantly sumptuous, streamlined pop, he lends his rich vocals to, amongst others, Cyndi Lauper's 'Time After Time', Elton John's 'Your Song', and Chicago's 'If You Leave Me Now'.
Multi-talented
John is best known on British television for his acting and presenting work on theatre.
His most prominent TV role has been the conman Jack Harkness in Doctor Who and its spin-off series Torchwood.
He has featured in such light entertainment shows as Live & Kicking, Any Dream Will Do and How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria?, as well as appearing on the celebrity ice skating show Dancing on Ice.
