tour of 'My Fair Lady', Amy Nuttall is certainly a young lady going places.
The 23-year-old grew up near Manchester and began her musical schooling at the ArtsEducationalSchool in Tring, as well as playing various leads with the National Youth Music Theatre.
At just 16 she was chosen to understudy for the lead role of Christine in 'The Phantom of The Opera', becoming the youngest person to ever play this role.
Emmerdale
In 2000, Amy joined the hit ITV soap opera, Emmerdale, playing the role of Chloe Atkinson, a feisty young redhead who gave as good as she got. She quickly established her character as one of the viewers favourites.
During her time on Emmerdale, Amy performed in a variety of concerts, most notably at the Royal Albert Hall for a 'Celebrity Christmas Charity' and the Royal Festival Hall for 'Children In Need'.
In 2004, Amy won 'Stars In Their Eyes: Celebrity Special', with her impersonation of Sarah Brightman.
Currently starring on the stage, Amy is also about to release her debut album, entitled 'Best Days'.
The album will showcase Amy's extraordinary vocal talent, featuring both classical works and orchestrated traditional folk songs.
