Prize Description

From Monday 8 - Friday 12 February 2010

There will be one competition which runs on-air over the whole week and has one prize of a cheque for £2,000 and a holiday in St. Lucia as described below:

· A holiday for two adults staying seven nights in a Millionaire Suite (in a double bed, twin beds are not available) at the Sandals Regency Le Toc Resort and Spa in St. Lucia.

· Return British Airways Club World (business class) flights from any of London Heathrow, London Gatwick, London City, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Aberdeen, Barra, Belfast, Benbecula, Campeltown, Inverness, Islay, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kirkwall, Londonderry, Shetland Islands, Stornoway or Tiree & Wickand airports. Flights cannot be upgraded and are not eligible to earn Flying Club Miles with this offer.

· Transfers to and from the airport in St Lucia are included. No other transfers or associated costs are included.

· All food and drink excluding speciality wine is included.

· A private candlelit dinner for two, a day trip Catamaran Island tour to the Piton mountains and volcano and a couples spa treatment in the Red Lane Spa are included, all other excursions and spa treatments will incur an extra cost.

· Prize winners are responsible for payment of any additional items not included in the prize (e.g. hotel laundry, mini bar, room service, telephone calls etc.).

· Travel insurance is not included and must be purchased before travel. Winners are responsible for making sure they are adequately insured.

· All travellers must travel at the same time on the same itinerary and no children are allowed at the Sandals resort.

· The prize is subject to availability and Sandals Resorts and British Airways standard terms and booking conditions.

· The holiday prize cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or an alternative holiday, or combined with any other offer, promotions or discount.

· Once the booking is confirmed changes to the names, date or nature of the booking are not permitted.

· Holidays are redeemable only by the named winner and must not be sold on to any other party.

Specific terms and conditions

· Open to adults aged 18 years or over and must be UK residents, with a valid passport excluding employees and their immediate families of GMTV, Unique Vacations (UK) Ltd, British Airways, their agencies or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion.

· The winner will be a correct entry selected at random from all entries.

· Winners must claim their prize and book the holiday by the end of one month from receiving confirmation from GMTV that they are the winner.

· The holiday prize must be taken between before 28^th February 20011 and cannot be taken between 15^th December 2010 and 15^th January 2011.

· If for any reason the holiday prize is unavailable, GMTV reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value.

• There will be one competition which runs on-air over the whole week and has one prize of a cheque for £3,000 and a holiday in Australia as described below:

• One holiday in Australia for four people staying ten nights.
•  The first five nights will be room only in two standard rooms at the Four Seasons hotel, Sydney and the last five nights will be room only in two standard rooms at the Grand Hyatt hotel, Melbourne.
• Flights include four return business class seats on Emirates airline inclusive of taxes and fuel surcharge from any of London Gatwick, London Heathrow, Newcastle, Birmingham, Glasgow or Manchester airports. • Flights cannot be upgraded and winners are not eligible to earn Emirates Skywards Miles.
• All travellers must travel at the same time on the same itinerary

There will be one competition which runs on-air from Tuesday to Thursday and has one prize of a cheque for £1,000 and a holiday to Crete as described below:

• A holiday for 4 people staying 7 nights in one family swim-up suite at the Sensatori Resort in Crete.

There will be one competition which runs on-air over the whole week and has five winners who will each win the prize described below:

• A 5.1 channel surround sound system with 450W total power output.
