How do I start?
Firstly, you need to figure out which shape you are. Find some measuring tape and use the "What shape are you?" calculator on the main page to get the result.

We've split the Bikini Diet into four handy sections according to which week you're in. So you start on Week 1 and work your way through to Week 4. Before you start any week you should...
Print out your shopping list
Each week there is a recipe list for each body shape. Print this out and when you do your shop at the weekend make sure you get all the ingredients you need for that week. If you try and shop for them every day it won't work - most of us are too busy and we quickly fall into bad habits if we're in a rush. Trust us, we've been there!
Follow the recipes
The recipes are designed by top nutritionist Amanda Ursell and are cheap and easy to make. They're also not soul-destroying, so there are lots of yummy snacks and tasty food that you can treat yourself to as you go. This is a realistic plan that you can actually achieve, not a boot camp!
Follow the exercises
Now as well as eating a bit more healthily, you'll also need to do a few gentle exercises to get your muscles burning some fat. This is where Mr Motivator and Deanne step in!
Starting at Week 1, go down the exercise video list and concentrate on doing the exercises that fit your body shape. These have been specifically designed to target your problem areas.
